Roofing

Corrugated Metal - Corten Steel

  • Corrugated Corten steel roofing is a great choice for most deign applications. The natural rust patina that builds up on the steel creates a protective shield for the roofing, and in turn creates a beautiful aesthetic. This is a maintenance-free roof that is considered to last a 100 year (though not officially certified). This roof is not suitable in ocean environments due to the salt content in the air. It also creates a staining effect where there is water run-off from the roof. Steel roofing is certified fire resistant by CalFire for use in wild-land urban interface (WUI) settings.

Shingle - Asphalt

  • Asphalt Shingle roofing is the most common roofing for most homes as it is one of the more economic choices. Asphalt shingles come in a variety of qualities ranging from a 20 year to a 40 year roof. Asphalt Singles Steel roofing is certified fire resistant by CalFire for use in wild-land urban interface (WUI) settings. This roofing does not require the fire resistant underlayment necessary for metal roofs as it does not easily transfer heat from potential embers.

Standing Seam Metal - Painted Steel

  • Standing Seam roofing is a premium roof product that works well into most design styles. Standing Seam does not have any exposed fasteners, which means that it is a maintenance-free roof that is typically guaranteed for 40+ years. Standing Seam roofing is certified fire resistant by CalFire for use in wild-land urban interface (WUI) settings.
